These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of moving services by Vizor Logistics LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) to our customers. By booking services with Vizor Logistics LLC, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Confirmation
   1. All moves must be scheduled in advance and confirmed via signed agreement, email, or online booking.
   2. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Services Provided
   1. Vizor Logistics LLC provides loading, transportation, unloading, packing, unpacking, and storage services as agreed upon.
   2. Additional services (e.g., furniture disassembly, special handling) must be requested in advance and may incur additional fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
   1. You agree to:
      • Be present or have an authorized representative on-site during the move.
      • Ensure access to the premises at both pickup and delivery locations.
      • Secure fragile or valuable items appropriately unless you have requested professional packing services.
      • Notify Vizor Logistics in advance of any oversized, fragile, or high-value items.
4. Payment Terms
   1. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing.
   2. We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo .
   3. Late or unpaid balances may incur interest or additional collection fees.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   1. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted service.
   2. Rescheduling is allowed at no extra charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
6. Liability and Damages
   1. Vizor Logistics LLC is not liable for:
      • Pre-existing damage to items or property.
      • Damage to items packed by the Client.
      • Delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or acts beyond our control.
   2. We are insured and will assess damage claims individually. Claims must be submitted in writing within 5 days of the move.
   3. Our maximum liability for lost or damaged items is limited to $0.60 per pound per item, unless increased valuation coverage is purchased in advance.
7. Exclusions

   We do not transport:

   • Hazardous materials (e.g., fuel, chemicals, explosives)
   • Live animals or plants
   • Cash, jewelry, important documents, or other irreplaceable items unless disclosed and agreed upon.
8. Force Majeure

   Vizor Logistics LLC shall not be held responsible for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor strikes, or vehicle breakdowns.

9. Dispute Resolution

   Any disputes arising from these services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and adjudicated in the appropriate court within that jurisdiction.

10. Agreement

    By booking services with Vizor Logistics LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
